This site exists for one thing: so you can ask about live music for your event. Below is what data that involves, and which services it passes through.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE
The data controller is Myron Matuzenko, Warsaw, Poland.

INQUIRY FORM
We collect what you type: event type, date, venue, number of guests, format, name, contact and comment.
Purpose: to reply and prepare an offer. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
The inquiry reaches us as a Telegram message and an email (sent via Resend). The site does not store it in any database.
We keep the correspondence for up to 12 months after our last contact. If we work together — for as long as tax law requires.
WHATSAPP AND EMAIL
If you write via WhatsApp or email, the conversation happens in those services and their terms apply. We use your data only to reply and agree on details.
COOKIE-FREE STATISTICS
We count visits to know whether the site works and where people come from. We do it in two ways, both without cookies and without storing anything on your device:
Our own counter records the type of event (e.g. page view, video start, form sent), the page language, the general source of the visit (ad, search engine, direct) and an anonymous identifier. The identifier is derived from your IP address and browser mixed with a random value that changes daily and is then deleted. The IP address itself is never stored, and once the day changes the identifier cannot be linked to anyone. We keep this data for 13 months.
Umami (Umami Software) works the same way, without cookies.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in measuring how the site works (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object — just write to us.
GOOGLE ANALYTICS AND GOOGLE ADS — ONLY WITH CONSENT
If you click “ACCEPT” in the bar at the bottom of the page, Google Analytics 4 sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*) and measures which ads lead to inquiries. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Without consent Google sets no cookies. The Google tag may still send limited signals without identifiers (Consent Mode).
Provider: Google Ireland Ltd. Data may be transferred to the USA under the Data Privacy Framework.
You can withdraw consent at any time with the button below.
YOUTUBE VIDEOS
The YouTube player loads only after you click a video, in youtube-nocookie.com mode. From that moment Google’s terms apply.
HOSTING
The site runs on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes your IP address to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
WHAT WE STORE IN YOUR BROWSER
iil-consent — your choice in the consent bar, so we do not ask again.
iil-notrack — only if we switch it on ourselves on our own devices, so our own visits are not counted.
YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object, and to withdraw consent at any time.
